Are all your designs from the UK?

They sure are! Everything you’ll find here has been designed in the UK, whether by me or by other brilliant British artists and small makers. From bold and cheeky to charmingly nostalgic, it’s all picked to bring a little extra joy to your home (or someone else’s).

Are your items ethically made?

That’s really important to me—and yes, I do my homework. I work with suppliers and makers who care about how things are made, who’s making them, and what they’re made from. Whether it’s printing using eco-friendly inks or small-batch makers with a conscience, everything is chosen with ethics (and good vibes) in mind.

Are your products really worth the price?

We think so and our customers do too. You're not just paying for a tea towel or a chef’s pad, you’re getting something thoughtfully designed in the UK, made with care (not churned out in a giant factory), and packed with personality. I don’t compete with the big guys on price but I do beat them on charm, quality, and conscience. Every pound you spend supports creativity, sustainability, and a small business that really does a happy dance with every order.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Nope, sorry! At the moment I only deliver within mainland UK. That means no international shipping and sadly, due to GSPR, no Northern Ireland either. I will, however, update if this changes.

How much is delivery?

It's a flat £4.99 for standard delivery and £6.99 for express delivery - simple as that.

However, spend £50 or more and I'll cover it for you (because I'm nice like that).

Can I return something if it's not quite right?

While I really hope you are delighted with everything you order I do appreciate that returns may be necessary. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). However, we ask that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know that you wish to return all or part of it. You can do this by emailing us at help@eclecticgiftstore.co.uk.

All returns must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Can I send a gift directly to someone?

Of course, we can send your gift direct to the recipient. Just add your gift message and enter their address at checkout. 🎁
